Philippa Bamgboye is a unique singer songwriter with a storytelling style to her music. She is said to be a songbird- bringing healing to others with her smooth yet raw tone and her honest lyrics.

The South London born, East London raised artist of Caribbean descent, describes her sound as stripped back Rnb/soul , acoustic with a jazz undertone.

After the birth of her daughter in late 2018, Philippa decided it was time to step out and release music; In December 2019, her debut single 'Ode to Miah' was released.

Her main musical influences are: Mali Music, Robert Glasper, Lauryn Hill and Erykah Badu. 

Her favourite pastime is freestyling to instrumentals and her songwriting process has the golden thread of scripture running through it.
