Biographie

Jelinda Hill was born in the small town of Villa Rica, Ga. Raised in a very musical family, Jelinda was influenced by her family, local artists, and others such as Fred Hammond, Mary Mary, Judith McAllister, and Lauryn Hill. Being a Navy Veteran, she has toured the world in countries like the UK, Germany, Japan, and the U.S. This path has given her the opportunity to be on platforms that she never would have imagined with various artists, groups, and ministries. She has also been blessed to share the stage and work with artists like the Sunday Service Collective, Maverick City Choir, William McDowell, Leeland, Doe Jones, Benita Jones, Todd Galberth, Travis Greene, Anita Wilson, Paul Baloche, Vashawn Mitchell, Darlene Zschech, Leeland, Mali Music, Vertical Worship, Sean Curran, Meredith Andrews, and more.. Jelinda recently released her second single, “Defeated” in 2021, which is an anthem of victory based on strength, identity, and overcoming the power of the enemy. Her single, “Just Hold On”, written by Jelinda, will be released on August 5th, 2022 and is a song of encouragement for everyone who has experienced loss, grief, and heartbreak. It’s a song to remind us all that God never wastes our pain; He sees, He knows, and He understands.
