Driven by faith, the guy who left his job, in 2019, to pursue his music career full-time, is now impacting the Christian/Gospel
music scene as we know it. Mike Teezy was born into a musically inclined family in West Virginia and raised in North Carolina. Dancing was his initial passion, but his lyricism was undoubtedly his purpose. His diverse style has no limits, as he intermixes Hip Hop, R&B, Pop, and Gospel to create his own unique and inspirational sound. His Christian remixes and viral visuals gained the attention of many, through various platforms. “Child of the King” became an instant fan favorite, with over 1 million streams. His recent album, “The Greenhouse Project” debuted at #12 on the iTunes Christian Charts. The album supersedes his previous EP, “Hrvst: Szn of Completion”, which exhibits his foundation in faith. Mike Teezy says, “The consumer of the greenhouse only sees the beauty of the harvest, but they don’t see the hard work that it took to produce it. "The Greenhouse Project" is a reflection of my growth and versatility, both as an artist and a "Child of the King.” The album includes popular songs such as, “Forgive ‘em”, “Reminisce”, and “Plant & Watch” which features the Gospel legend J. Moss. With more songs on the way, and no signs of slowing down; Mike Teezy is on the fast-track to becoming a well-known household name. Be sure to follow him on every social media platform.
